Javier Fernandez
Managing Partner Ziorem Engineering
Javier is an ICAI Engineer and Executive MBA from ICADE Business School, he has a Master’s degree in Human Resources from CF Toulouse and holds a Advanced Studies Diploma from ETSII in Madrid.
He has developed an extensive professional career in multinational companies in different sectors such as aeronautics for Airbus, Aeroconseil and Sogeclair, Telecom with Telefonica, and Biotech at PharmaMar, fulfilling positions of General Management and CEO.
For 15 years he has been a professor at Business Schools and Engineering Schools.
He has lived in France and Canada and is fluent in English and French.
Pablo Urquijo

Pablo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science from UCM.
For over 25 years he has developed his professional career in the field of specialized recruitment as a Managing Director in leading multinationals. During this period has contributed to the development of different executive search firms and brands and implemented innovative talent attraction solutions for Engineering and Interim Management.
He is also the founder of a pioneering video technology recruitment company and partner of Linkedin in Spain.
Pablo is fluent in English.
Javier Fernandez

Juan is an Industrial Engineer from ICAI and has a master's degree in Automotive Engineering from INSIA.
For 30 years he has developed an important career in the automotive industry, from NISSAN, to CEO of Eaton and CEO of SAARGUMMI, where he was also President of the Global Operations Steering Committee.
In addition to participating in sector associations, he is an Operating Partner of the Alantra fund.
Juan speaks English and French fluently.
Carlos Suárez
Managing Director Aerospace & Defense
Carlos is an Aeronautical Engineer from UPM and holds an Executive MBA from IESE.
He began his career at CASA where he fulfilled different positions until he became President of EADS CASA and CEO of Airbus Military.
After this, he joined INDRA where he managed the Defense business as Executive VP Defense & Security and the subsidiaries in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
He is currently a member of different Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards and a lecturer in Business Schools.
In 2009 he was distinguished with the Grand Cross of Aeronautical Merit with honours.
He is fluent in English and French.
Jesús de Isidro
Managing Director Infrastructure
Jesús holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from UPM and an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa.
He is an expert in strategic and corporate consulting focused on the development of transformation programs.
Jesús has developed his professional career as a Partner in Infrastructure and Engineering in the national and international market for Accenture and KPMG.
He also worked for Isolux Corsán as Managing Director of Organization, Resources and Corporate.
Currently, he is Founding Partner and CEO of Ondalium and shares his activity as Advisor.
Juan Pablo Lopez
Managing Director Energy, Environment & Water
Juan Pablo holds a MSc in Mining Engineer from UPM and an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa.
He has developed his professional career in the areas of the integral water cycle , the environment, public services and infrastructure, holding different responsibilities in ELF Aquitaine, Thyssen Krupp, Canal de Isabel II and SACYR.
He is currently the Founding Partner and Chairman of the PWACS Consulting Group.
He collaborates with the School of Public Services and is a member of the French Alliance of Spain.
He is fluent in English and French.
Jesús Garrán
Managing Director IT / Digital / Telecom
Jesús has a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has more than 25 years of experience working in the technology sector in different companies such as: NCR, AT&T Solutions, E&Y and Capgemini. He has extensive experience in the implementation of business solutions for clients, in the domains of ERP, CRM and custom developments. During the last 10 years he has been involved in the transformation and innovation of clients in Spain advising the main publicly listed IBEX35 companies from his position as VP at Capgemini for Industry, EU, Telco and AAPP.
